it was clean.
I didn't like the fact they didn't tell me up front of a $15 hold on my card and also I reserved a king bed and paid through Booked.net and once we got there, they said they ran out of king beds. How does that goes if I reserved and paid for a king ?

bed was very comfortable, over all look of the room was nice.
I didn't like that my remote didn't work I had to change the channels from the tv. you had to hold the toilet flusher down in order for it to flush.

It was a nice choice for strolling around in New Orleans with excellent value for money. The room was spacious and clean, a nice surprise. Look for nearby parking to save a bit on valet fees.

The cleaning crew was very nice and supportive.
The front desk representatives were not friendly at all. However, there was one man who was extremely helpful and indeed very friendly, and his name was Bob who has real people skills.

clean comfortable accommodations! great location to get to the Amtrak Station! The staff were very accommodating and overall this was a very nice stay
I know it's kind of impossible in Nola but they need more parking space for check-in also the price of overnight parking everywhere in that area is pretty outrageous!

The breakfast surpassed expectations, with fresh farm-to-table products, while the spacious room featured a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Parking options were limited due to size restrictions, and there was a noticeable delay at peak breakfast times. A nice stay with just a couple of minor hiccups.

Clean hotel, outstandingly accommodating employees at every level. Perfectly clean and updated room with a functional bathroom. Delicious breakfast to star a day with french toasts, a bacon plus scrambled eggs.
